By accessing and using Subscription Tracker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Subscription Tracker is a web-based application that helps users track and manage their subscriptions across multiple accounts. The Service includes features for organizing, monitoring, and analyzing subscription expenses.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Pricing and Payment

Our Service offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Track up to 5 subscriptions with one account
• Pro Plan ($9 one-time): Unlimited subscriptions with one account
• Unlimited Plan ($19 one-time): Unlimited subscriptions across unlimited accounts

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Subscription Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Subscription Tracker, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the one-time payment nature of our service and immediate access to all features upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
